XS-XL Golden Hour Dress w/Cape

This version mainly fits a XS up to a XL. It has an adjustable waist and neck tie since its a halter. Comes with the cape. Chains are attached, but can be torn off so you just need to be careful. Dress also comes fully lined.

Comes AS-IS and in great condition.
